Self-propagating High-temperature synthetic process
Self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) is used to describe a process in which the initial reagents (usually powders), when ignited, spontaneously transform into products due to the exothermic heat of reaction.
The types of material that can be formed using this process include metal borides, silicides, carbides, nitrides, sulphides, aluminides and oxides.

Corundum ceramic lined pipes
Advantages of Ceramic lined pipe
Ceramic Liner pipe is a high technology production technology-self-fuel high temperature clutch synthesis method.
The tube is composed of corundum ceramics, transition layer and steel three layers respectively from inside to outside, the ceramic layer is formed dense corundum porcelain (Al2O3) at high temperature above 2,200 ℃, and the steel pipe is formed firmly by the transition layer.
Classification, structure and industry application of
wear resisting elbow
We usually line piping components, such as pipes or pipe bends, with a mineral, ceramic or metal materials to make them resistant to wear.
Well packing and delivery of ceramic lined pipe
There are probably hundreds of different methods for packing an abrasion resistant pipe and Elbows, and most of them have merit, but there are two principles that are vital for any method to work prevent rusting and Sea transportation security.
I-beam frame packaging for ceramic lined elbows
Ceramic lined bends are packed with channel steel cases
Straight pipes are packed with I-bream frame

Why Do I Need Wear Parts?
“Wear” is the last thing any business wants to experience with their machines. Apart from its unpleasant physicality, it could also be a sign that means your parts and/or components are about to break. You need wear parts to help prevent or prolong the wearing out of these parts and components – and that could be any type of wear parts such as pipes, liners, plates, etc. What Kinds of Wear Plates Do You Offer?
Here at Sunny Steel, we put emphasis to the primary kinds and types of wear pipes and fittings – they include:- Ceramic Liner pipes and fittings
- Ceramic tile lined pipes and fittings
- Ceramic sleeve lined pipes and fittings
- Cast basalt lined pipes and fittings
