Cast basalt lined steel pipe is composed by lined with cast basalt pipe, outside steel pipe and cement mortar filling between the two layers. It combines the advantages of cast basalt and steel pipe, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-high-pressure, transportation and easy installation. Water transport in plant ash and metal mine tailings pipeline hydraulic conveyance system applying this product can life up to 30 years. Cast basalt lined steel pipe is divided into straight tube, elbow, tee, reducer pipe.

Classification, structure and industry application of
The molding process of cast basalt lined pipe includes solution casting, sintering and thermal direct sintering.
Cast basalt pipe adopts foam packaging, then in accordance with the specifications to put them into wooden cases, sometimes they can be directly loaded into the compartment or container.
Thermal power stations – raw coal chutes/ hoppers, feed bunker/coal bunker, ash pits, crushers, bottom ash, disposal slurry, dust lines/ bends, pipeline/bends, fly ash. Trenches below hopper and pipelines, pulverized coal piping.
