JIS G3456 STPT 410 seamless carbon steel pipes are a grade of carbon steel pipes used for high-temperature service.

JIS G3456 STPT 410 is a grade of carbon steel pipes specified under the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) G3456. These pipes are designed for use in high-temperature service at a temperature over 350℃.

JIS G3456 specifies carbon steel pipes for high-temperature service. STPT 410 has a minimum yield strength of 245 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 410 MPa.

STPT 410 is a carbon steel grade that belongs to the structural steel classification in the Japanese Steel Grading standard. It meets the JIS G 3456 standard for carbon steel pipes for high-temperature service.

JIS G3456 STPT 410 carbon steel pipes are commonly used for pressure service, high-pressure service, and high-temperature applications, such as steam pipelines, boilers, and pressure vessels.

Appearance

(1)The pipe are practically straight, and its both ends shall be at a right angle to its axis.
(2) The inside and outside surfaces of the pipe shall be well-finished and free form defects that are detrimental to practical use.
