Erosion shields

To reduce excess wear of boiler tubes within the extreme conditions prevalent inside a fossil fuel fired boiler, Sunny Steel is able to manufacture and supply erosion shield solutions to protect and reduce wear in all applicable boiler related situations. Erosion shields to suit any O/D tube can be manufactured from various alloy and stainless steel materials.

Furthermore our shields are manufactured to fit any configuration of pipe bends to protect both inner and outer bend surfaces. Using our our custom designed roll former we are able to manufacture and supply shields in lengths of up to 12 meters.
