Wear resistance: The alumina content in the wear-resistant ceramic sheet is greater than 92%, and the hardness HRA is greater than or equal to 85. Its wear resistance is ten times higher than that of quenched carbon steel, which is better than that of tungsten drill carbide.
Corrosion resistance: The chemical properties of wear-resistant ceramic sheets and inorganic adhesives are stable, and they can resist various inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents, etc., and their corrosion resistance is more than ten times that of stainless steel.
High temperature resistance: The ceramic layer is dense corundum, its expansion coefficient is 6-8*10-6/℃, it has excellent heat resistance, it can run at 350℃ for a long time, and it can meet the general working conditions.
The inner wall is smooth, the air flow is unobstructed, and the material is not fouled or blocked: the smooth surface allows the material to pass freely without hanging and blocking.
