The key to see is what passes through the medium in the pipeline? Ceramic is not impact-resistant, but wear-resistant is stronger than cast stone, suitable for slurry and powder, while cast stone is suitable for block impact wear environment, not suitable for powder media. Others such as high-chromium cast iron and high-manganese alloys cannot be welded (often the bolts are worn off and the lining plate is removed). In order to achieve the ideal condition of both impact resistance and wear resistance, we have successfully developed “metal -Ceramic composite wear-resistant material”, and won the national patent, and has been introduced to the market.
The following is the detection data:
Project indicators
Hardness≥HRA85, impact toughness, αk≥25~45J/cm2
Tensile strength, σb≥450MPa, yield strength, σs≥230MPa
Relative wear resistance, 3 to 5 times that of high Cr cast iron, relative wear resistance, 5 to 10 times that of wear-resistant alloy steel
The relative wear resistance is 8 to 10 times that of high manganese steel, and the relative wear resistance is 10 to 12 times that of stainless steel.
The relative wear resistance is 10 to 15 times that of 16Mn steel plate, and the relative wear resistance is 8 to 12 times that of ductile iron.
Wear-resistant ceramics are more wear-resistant
Performance characteristics of ceramic wear-resistant pipe expansion joints
Excellent wear resistance, continuous use for more than 10 years
As determined by the Institute of Powder Metallurgy of Central South University of Technology, the wear resistance of special ceramics is 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron, with excellent wear resistance. The application of wear-resistant ceramic composite elbows in the milling system greatly reduces the wear and tear of the equipment. According to more than ten years of field operation experience, the durable time is at least 10 years, reducing maintenance frequency and costs.
High strength, high hardness and light weight with ceramic lining
As determined by the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Rockwell hardness of the corundum ceramics produced by our company is HRA90-98, which is much higher than that of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel. The density is only half of that of steel, and the weight of ceramic elbow is only 1/3 of that of wear-resistant steel elbow, which is easy to install and replace.
The inner wall is smooth and does not block powder
The wear-resistant ceramic composite pipe is sintered at high temperature, has a dense structure, and has a smooth surface after grinding and deburring. The inner wall of the ceramic composite elbow is smooth and does not block powder.
Cast stone
In the past, most of the elbows in each factory used cast stone elbows. This material is characterized by brittleness, cracking, and wear-resistant backpacks. The wall thickness is 25-35 mm, and some are nearly 40 mm. The inner side is sharpened for a short time. After cracking, the pulverized coal wears outward with the gap, and its service life has only one overhaul period. Moreover, there are often pores inside, which is easy to leave hidden dangers. Once worn, it cannot be repaired on site.
