Wear-resistant ceramic tile lined pipes are mostly used in heavy wear industries such as power plants, steel plants, cement plants, etc., for conveying powder, liquid, gas, etc. There are strict steps and requirements for the paste of the ceramic patch lined with the ceramic patch. Let’s talk about the specific method and precautions of the ceramic patch.
- Before sticking ceramics on the chip-type wear-resistant ceramic pipe, it is necessary to move the pipe fittings to a safe and constructible place for grinding. After dust removal for the part to be pasted with ceramics, the grinding needs to be removed, and the rust and oxide layer need to be removed until the iron is exposed. After white, you can start sanding.
- After polishing, it is not possible to directly paste porcelain, and the polished part needs to be cleaned. You can use thinner (such as alcohol, acetone, etc.) to clean the polished part to remove ash.
- Formulate the glue. At room temperature, the adhesive can be prepared according to the ratio of the main adhesive and the curing agent 2:1. When preparing, it needs to be fully stirred and mixed evenly, and it should be used within half an hour to avoid waste caused by premature curing of the adhesive.
- The glue should be applied comprehensively and evenly. The glue should not only cover the polished metal parts, but also apply to the 5 surfaces (front and 4 sides) of the ceramic. The application should be even and there should be no glue shortage.
- After the adhesive is applied, it should be pasted immediately, and the blade will cut the adhesive tape along the gap of the tile, and then use a wooden hammer to compact the tile to make the excess adhesive flow out of the gap. The gaps between the ceramics also need to be filled with glue and spread evenly.
- After the paste is completed, if there is no quality problem, the curing can be started. The curing time is 24 hours to 48 hours, and the operation can be started after curing.
